1. College degree or above. Majored in traffic construction, civil engineering or related disciplines. Engineer title.

2. More than 5 years experience in highway and municipal engineering tenders and bids. Be able to organize and undertake tender and bid work for several projects at the same time

3. Good psychological quality and adaptability. Be able to deal with the unexpected situation in the tender and bid work immediately

4. Excellent communication skills, work proactively, strong sense of responsibility and planning

5. Adapt to irregular business trips and overtime work

6. Experience in cost and budget is preferred
