1. Professional background in engineering or finance, more than 5 years work experience, experience in highway or municipal project investment, finance and marketing is preferred
2. Identify with the company culture, excellent personal quality, good communication and teamwork skill, strong sense of responsibility and service, experience in department management is preferred
3. Good environment adaptability, willing to engage in market development and project marketing work
4. Good professional ethics, work rigorously, take the company’s interest as the paramount
5. Be good at MS office, good skill of PPT and writing, be proficient in writing project reports and express clearly
6. Be outgoing, flexible and adaptable, good image and temperament 

 

Professional Skills：
 

1. Familiar with PPP projects related rules, sensitive to new industry policy, experience in PPP project landing operation and planning is preferred
2. Keen market insight, be able to choose project according to company features; certain analysis and research ability, be able to screen project information preliminarily
3. Strong market development and expansion ability
4. Good interpersonal and business reengineering skills, good clients communication and maintenance skills
5. Good communication and negotiation skills
