1. College degree or above. Majored in road and bridge, municipal, engineering cost and related disciplines
2. Intermediate title or above, cost engineer certificates granted by Ministry Of Construction, Ministry Of Transport is preferred
3. More than 5 years contract metrology work experience, be in charge of contract metrology related work for more than 1 year
4. Familiar with engineering measurement related procedures, good cost analysis ability, familiar with kinds of roadbed, bridge, pavement, and other construction procedures, be able to take the charge of metrology work independently
5. Excellent professional ethics, teamwork spirit, execution and communication skills
