Road and Bridge Engineer
Job Requirements：
1. College degree or above. Majored in civil engineering, road and bridge related disciplines. Engineer and above title
2. Solid professional theoretical foundation. 3-5 years road and bridge site technological management and construction experience. Familiar with the process of engineering construction. Be able to handle the technological problems generated during the engineering construction process independently
3. Good personal quality, strong sense of responsibility and quality

1. Carry out project quality plan. According to the requirements of quality management system, focus on process control to realize the quality requirements of the project.
2. Be responsible for the professional technological management. Review the drawings carefully, submit the comments, understand the design intent deeply, master technical quality standards, know the construction norms well, prepare the construction plan or work instruction, carry out the construction technologies disclosure.
3. According to the engineering construction plan, prepare the project starting report timely, strengthen the communication with the supervision, shorten the working process time, improve the efficiency, and service the project construction.
4. Be responsible for the process inspection of the divisions and sections, the quality control of incoming materials, the preparation of the completing data, and supervise the inspection of original construction records
5. Participate in processing the measurement documents and design change documents
6. Follow up the construction quality and analyze the construction quality dynamic to avoid the quality accidents and hidden dangers. Be responsible for on-site quality management
7. Be responsible for identifying the environmental factors and hazard sources of the position and department, and conducting daily inspection.
