Chief Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities
 
1. Implement relevant national technical standards, norms, procedures, regulations, systems; according to the company’s quality policy and objectives, develop the project’s quality objectives and quality plan; establish the quality management network; implement the quality responsibility system; take technical leadership responsibility for project quality
2. Organize technicians to familiar with contracts and construction drawings
3. Be responsible for making construction plan and construction technology design
4. Instruct construction technical personnel to construct accordance with the design drawings, construction specifications and operation rules distinctly , and control the quality and schedule
5. Be responsible for the inspection and evaluation of the project quality, make the corrective and preventive measures for unqualified products; be responsible for the investigation and  handling of project quality problems, and report to the superiors in time
6. Be responsible for auditing the design change report and claim report, and check the integrity of the claim documents
7. Be responsible for the decision and report of test, measurement and other main technical issues during the construction process 
8. Lead the preparation of technical documents, participate in the completion inspection and acceptance, organize the technical summary of the construction and the writing of academic papers, and be responsible for review and report
9.  Lead the written technical disclosure and technology confidential education, pay attention to technical documents and physical objects confidentiality and precaution
10. Be responsible for identifying the environmental factors and hazard sources of the position and department, and conducting daily inspection.
 
Job Requirements
 
College degree or above. Majored in civil engineering, traffic construction and related disciplines
