Project Manager

Job Responsibilities
 
1. Confirm the organization of the project department. Determine the responsibilities of managers, and conduct periodic assessment, evaluation, rewards and punishment.
2. Be responsible for optimizing and dynamic managing the manpower, materials, equipment, capital, technology, information and other production factors of the construction project
3. Organize the construction work comprehensively, manage and control all aspects of the construction process overall
4. Manage and arrange all construction elements, optimize the management system, improve the economic benefits
5. Be responsible for the external coordination with various departments
6.Timely discover and properly handle the unexpected accidents and project problems
 
Qualifications
 
1. College degree or above. Majored in civil engineering, traffic construction and related disciplines
2. Road and bridge intermediate title; highway engineering, municipal public engineering registered constructor certificate (A Level)
3. More than 5 years road and bridge engineering, municipal public engineering construction management experience, be able to organize and manage project independently
4. More than 2 complete project management experience (construction value: more than 50million), the same position (project deputy manager) experience
5. Excellent communication, coordination and organization skills
6. Pay attention to technical documents and physical objects confidentiality and precaution
7. Be responsible for identifying the environmental factors and hazard sources of the position and department, and conducting daily inspection.
