In order to strengthen the construction of enterprise safety culture, establish a more mature and perfect safety education and training mechanism, cultivate safety awareness, and achieve a new model and pattern of "everyone knows safety, everyone cares about safety", at the end of 2018, Jiangsu Yearning Engineering Technology Group carried out the ability testing and assessment for safety management personnel and project managers of projects. This testing took various methods, such as on-site monitoring, video monitoring and online testing to facilitate the participation.In addition to safety management personnel, engineers and technicians also participated in the testing actively. A total of 11 projects and 39 personnel participated in it. At the same time, this testing exposed several shortcomings in safety management, and pointed out the focus of safety management in the future.
