On July 5,2019， Jiangsu Yearning Engineering Technology Group Co., Ltd. received the letter of acceptance from the tenderee  “Fuzhou New District Transportation Construction Co., Ltd”for the award of section A5 of the construction project of National Highway G316 from Changle Zhanggang to Yingqian.
The total length of the route of project is 21.738 kilometers, including 15.578 kilometers long main road and 13.769 kilometers long auxiliary road. The main road has a hub-type interchange and one super-long tunnel. The design speed of main road is 80 km/h with the standard of two-way eight-lane of the first-class highway (including the function of urban expressway). The auxiliary road has one super-long tunnel, and the design speed is 40 km/h with the standard of two-way four-lane of the second-class highway (including the function of urban secondary trunk road).
