In this early summer, we came to the cradle of Red Army and hometown of generals to review the spirit of Red Army’s Long March;
In this early summer, we went through the most difficult journey together, reached the end and enjoyed the joy of conquest.
The enterprise’s journey is the team’s journey, and the team’s spirit is the enterprise’s spirit. In order to strengthen team cohesion, practice team spirit, and strength the enterprise culture. In late June 2018, Jiangsu Yearning Engineering Technology Group Co., Ltd. organized all staff came to Jinzhai Anhui to carry out the 18km hiking titled “Never Forget Why You Started, Always Keep Forging Ahead”.
This hiking was a team competition. The company was mixed grouped, regardless of the regions, departments and positions. When the last person of the team arrived at the finish line, the finish time for the team was recorded. On the way, team members distributed their roles reasonable, performed their own functions, and acted as an organic whole. In the continuous slope section, the team members encouraged mutually. In the final sprint section, all personnel broke the team boundaries to support each other. When the last person arrived, everyone greeted with enthusiastic applause.
This activity enhanced the mutual understanding and feelings. All the staff in the face of difficulties neither gave up nor abandoned. For many members of Yearning, the 18km hike was a challenge that had never been imagined. However, under the encouragement of team and the support of colleagues, no one retreated and no team abandoned their members. Eventually, we all reached the end.
Yearning is a big family. In this family, we help others and get help. The strength of team gives us the power to achieve the goal which dare not to touch individually. The joy getting from team success is far greater than the joy of personal success. We believe that there is not any journey cannot be challenged and any task cannot be finished in this team.
After the hiking, the winning teams received trophies and prizes. Under the leading of manager Zhu, all staff read out the commitment to company, “Resolutely support the company’s development strategy. Put enterprise interests higher than personal interests. Dear to take responsibility. Not afraid of difficulties. Accept challenges. Pay attention to performance. Be loyal to jobs. Innovate continuously. Advance bravely.”
