New Role, New Stage, New Growth----Yearning Engineering Technology Group Carried Out New Staff Orientation Training

From July 2rd to 4th July 2018, Jiangsu Yearning Engineering Technology Group Co., Ltd. carried out three-day orientation training named growing for campus recruiting staff.
This training is designed to help campus recruiting employees to complete the transition from students to employees and step into the new stage of life.
At the beginning of the training, manager Sun gave new employees a lecture named Approaching Yearning. As the first class for new employees, manager Sun introduced Yearing’s profile, traditional businesses, intelligent construction platform and intelligent operation & maintenance platform. He also said that he expected new employees to complete the role transformation and realize the organization and self value in Yearning.
During the training, the staff from Human Resources Department, Finance Department, Security Department, Engineering Department and other departments introduced their departments generally and gave related trainings.
At the end of training, manager Geng discussed with new staff, answered their questions, expressed the company’s expectation to them, described the development and the future of company, and encouraged them to exert their strengths and grow with the company together. During the discussion, new staff talked about their training experience and harvest actively.
After the training, these new staff will begin their work in various departments and positions. However, the job of helping new employees to grow is not over. In the coming year, the thought mentors and growth mentors will one-on-one follow and counsel new staff on company culture, professional skills and other aspects. In the future, Yearning Group provides staff with various training courses to accompany everyone’s knowledge update, professional upgrade and job promotion.
