On July 24, the first phase of Dongchong Road (Chuangchun to Chengguan Section) in Xiapu County, Ningde, Fujian built by Jiangsu Yearning Engineering Technology Group Co., Ltd. opened. The deputy county magistrate Wangqing Lei preside over the opening ceremony. The county Party secretary Bin Wang attended and gave a speech. Yearning Group’s executive vice president of Yearning Group Weihong Zhu, vice president Guoqing Liu attended also. Mr. Zhu gave a speech. It is reported that the length of Dongchong Road is 62km; the standards are arterial highway and secondary highway; the width of roadbed is 5.5-24.5m; the total investment is RMB 1.65 billion; and the design speed is 60km/h. This road is Fujian “The Twelfth Five-Year Plan” national and provincial arterial highway project. This project is the road with the largest investment, the longest mileage, the longest construction time, and the widest impact range. It is an important road that will improve people’s life and bring rich and hope. The construction of Changchun to Chengguan section lasted 3 years. This section is started from Xiaqi Shan, through Shatang Village, Chasha Village, Dasha Village, and connect with Chian Road at Shatou. It is a 6.394km arterial highway, including 3 bridges, 18 culverts and 2 plane crosses. 90% of this section goes through beach, shrimp ponds and brooks. Yearning Group overcame the lack of sidewalk, the narrow soft base working face, the long preloading period, the high protection slope, the close to the county road and other adverse conditions to ensure that the project completed on schedule. After the opening of this section, the distance from Chengguan to Changchun will be shorten by half.
